Larson Joon Hahm

Hahm works in the Public Defender's office in the Los Angeles Superior Courts. Rather than representing the rights of the accused and putting forth any type of reasonable defense or challenging the prosecution's case, Hahm prefers to recommend to his 'clients' "take the deal," no matter the outcome ...or consequences. In my case, despite my continued appeals of "innocent" and lack of any hard evidence, He seems to be unaware of the maxim, "innocent until proven guilty." Hahm told me to plead 'no contest', without even getting the prosecution to reduce to charges or change from a misdemeanor to an infraction, or listening to me & requesting a jury trial. As a result of his poor legal counseling, I lost my professional license which took several years to obtain & risked being deported . I can only hope that other P.D.'s do a better a much job in protecting the rights & advocating for the accused.
