I had the worst experience with Jeremy and whole company. At first he's kind and well spoken. He promised that he can win my case without a problem because of the nature of my case. After paying the retainer, everything changed, the staff's attitude changed. It was harder to get in touch with him, I... must have left 6 messages with no response. That's really aggravating especially a few days before court. Day of court he was 27 minutes late, blamed on traffic. We agreed to meet early to go over everything and that didn't happen! I was so upset I at least wanted to go over everything before stepping in front of the judge. He walked in late and looked like she just rolled out of bed! I couldn't believe it. He was wearing all black, and still wearing his sporty dark sun glasses inside of the building, she kept them on until we went up in front of the judge?! His hair was greasy and she overall had bad hygiene. I know it's non of my business how he chooses to present himself in public, but when you are representing clients, you must dress appropriately with an emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness. I was truly getting upset because i felt so unprepared and misrepresented. We lost the case and I wasted huge amount for nothing. I trusted him to represent me and my case but the whole experience was just horrible. Please do not waste your time with this attorney. Find another attorney with more competence and do your research instead of relying on a referral like i did.
