After making the false allegations, the alleged victim wrote a letter to the prosecutor admitting to making a false police report. We completed jury selection, made opening statements, and began testimony from the alleged victim. It was quickly revealed that she had engaged in numerous felonies leading up and during the alleged incident, including significant damage to client's car.
