Sanaea Hoshang Daruwalla

Ms. Daruwalla has represented public and private clients in a wide variety of employment cases, including claims regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistle-blower actions. She also has a diverse business litigation practice; including defending and prosecuting breach of contract, alter-ego, fraud, and copyright actions. Ms. Daruwalla has experience as trial counsel in cases that included allegations of fraud, discrimination, retaliation, domestic violence, corporate valuation, breach of contract, and malicious prosecution. 

Ms. Daruwalla also has significant corporate law experience; ranging from corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting a wide variety of agreements, including merger & acquisition agreements, joint venture, LLC operating and shareholder agreements, stock purchase agreements, warrants and other debt and equity investment documents, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements.
