They do NOT respond
They do NOT respond. Over the past two weeks I have enquired 4 times (2 chats on their site, 1 text chat, 1 phone call) from their OWN site answering service. Yes I can prove 3 of them. The last call (5/31), the lady said they would contact me within 15 minutes after describing my situation. NOTHING....
