Joseph Salar Nourmand

Mr. Nourmand is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, where he majored and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  While at UCLA, Mr. Nourmand served as the Co-Founder, Treasurer and Vice-President of the UCLA Undergraduate Real Estate Group- the first undergraduate real estate association to ever exist at UCLA.  Mr. Nourmand received his law degree from Southwestern Law School (J.D.), as a member of the S.C.A.L.E. program, a unique accelerated two-year J.D. course of instruction- the only program of its kind offered by an American Bar Association-approved law school.

Mr. Nourmand has been admitted to practice in all California state courts, all United States district courts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Nourmand’s practice areas include Personal Injury law, with an emphasis in auto accidents, slip and falls, animal attacks, and accidents involving dangerous products, as well as all aspects of Real Estate law, and Business/Corporate law.  Amongst other groups and committees, Mr. Nourmand is an active member of CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles).

Mr. Nourmand also holds a Real Estate Brokers License with the California Department of Real Estate and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
