James A. Allaire

Case manager Amanda is the most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent person I have come across. I’ve spent the last two years trying to settle my case and have been given the runaround, ignored, and lied to. I have asked to speak to Mr allaire numerous times and never have. I’m not sure if he has... even seen my case file and knows how poorly this Amanda has handled it or if he has and just doesn’t care. My case should have been settled long ago but come to find out from State Farm Amanda hasn’t done allot of the things she claimed to have done. Her attitude when I finally get her to answer my calls was nasty and gave me the feeling that she definitely didn’t have my best interest in mind and even told State Farm I was being impatient. Not sure how waiting over two years could be seen as me being impatient. My case is still unresolved but I had t terminate my contract with this office and will try deal with the insurance company myself. My recommendation to my allaire is to fire Amanda before she totally runs your name. I would like to continue having you represent me personally without Amanda if possible if not I will seek representation elsewhere.

A total nightmare was getting represented by James A allire him and his staff never took the initiative to answer nor respond when I called and tried to get information of my case whatsoever they called back 1-2 days later my Case manager by the name of Amanda was very unprofessional handling my case... never picked up my calls and was always not in the office and you asked her a question regarding my case and she never gave an upfront answer I suffered aloat of stress with this Firm trying to get an honest Settlement but got pennies at the Dollar in the End a total Shame on James A allire and his firm I strongly don't recommend this Law firm trust me there are Better Firms out there The Law Offices of James A allire Isn't one they help themselves not the Client at all I take back time if I would have known I would have chosen wiser but I hope I can help someone out by not choosing this Trainwreck of a so called law firm what a Shame.
