I do not recommend this firm based on the treatment my 70-year-old mother received. G. Valencia was extremely rude and unprofessional during a phone call with her. Instead of patiently explaining what documents were needed, he repeatedly raised his voice and yelled at her for not having certain docum...ents available. My mother is a senior citizen and a veteran who has served this country. She deserved to be treated with respect, dignity, and patience. Everyone can understand that gathering paperwork can be stressful, especially for older individuals, but there was no excuse for the hostile and disrespectful manner in which she was spoken to. Professionalism and compassion are especially important when working with seniors. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. Based on how my mother was treated, I cannot recommend this firm to others, particularly senior clients who may need patience and understanding throughout the process.
