You run the risk of perjury charges -- a felony. You don't need any evil intent. Just doing it shows your inetnt to deceive.

I don't practice in WI. Generally, the State has 1 year to file misdemeanor charges, 3 years to file felony charges.

I don't practice in IL. Yes. At that level, you will need an experienced DUI lawyer to beat the DUI.
