Paid him $1900 to represent me in Family Law Court. Asked what my interests and concerns were to file a new case in court. Promised to fulfill those interests and concerns. Gave him 4.5 months to fulfill what he promised. He gave me the run around, talked to the opposing party way more often than mys...elf, in which paid him to represent me, took the other parties side and willing to adjust paperwork according to what the other party lied about. Waited until the day before to not represent me in court. He twisted his stories around to make it seem like it was my fault just so he can take the money and run. I agree with the other person who left the review on him. You must record your conversations because he will say you are the one that had everything wrong and will exist out of the agreement the day before your hearing. I only wish I would have read the other persons review first!

Mr. Monks has helped me out enormously in my child custody and child support case. At different times he has represented me and also advised me when I have been representing myself. I have had a lot of complicated issues around child support in my case and Mr. Monks has helped me get all of the for...ms that I needed properly filed and calculated.
