Trusted for life

Elliot Rose is the best. I refer him at David Inpyo Lee and Associates to everyone I know and people that I meet. David Inpyo Lee and Associates are awesome. Especially, Elliot. Let’s not forget Stephanie Kim who was also amazing the entire time. Elliot and his staff were helpful, patient, profes...sional and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He applied personal attention and detail toward our case. Elliot took time to explain the entire process and was never condescending. He guided us throughout the entire process. My husband, daughter and I were updated once something new developed. I didn’t intervene, I let them handle the situation. We went to treatment for our injuries and just let Elliot and his team do what they are best at. It was our first time dealing with a legal case and he made this such a pleasant and easy experience. This law firm worked around my schedule and completely helped me and my family while we were in pain. They made the entire process comforting and stress free. I trust Elliot so much that I not only recommend him but I trust his referrals for cases that he is unable to take on. I pray we never go through a car accident again, however, Elliot and his firm will be the firm we retain for any future issues. Thank you so much Elliot, Stephanie and David Inpyo Team. Many thanks to you and your entire team. Thank you thank you thank you. Be patient people... a case is never overnight. Give it at the most four years of your patience. In short, a woman was on her phone, laughing away, we were at a red light for over 2 min. The woman was going so fast she never hit her brakes. Rammed into us, my car flew into the car in front of me. And the car I front of us ended up hitting the car in front of her. I couldn’t drive out of the way even if I wanted to. Cars were going west and us... the cars that were going East were at a complete stop. It was backed up traffic. I blacked out for a few seconds after hitting my head on my rear view mirror. My husband got out of the passenger side and my daughter got out from behind me on the drivers side. I was driving and never felt so much pain like this before. I got out and almost fell to my feet. Felt like my back just gave out. The woman laughed, I assumed out of nervousness, but it really upset me. I was too embarrassed to get into the ambulance. I drove us all to the hospital.

Not Trustworthy Attorney

I hired Mr lee 2 years ago to adjust my status ,i was being sponsored by my husband but then my husband starts playing control games and refused to submit all documents needed so i wrote to Mr Lee to ask him about filing under VAWA because my husband is refusing to sponsor me and is threatening to... withdrew the petition witch he did before .So my ( supposed to be MY lawyer as i hired/paid him not my husband)he wrote to my husband and told him about VAWA.My husband forward the email to me,i was in shock how can my lawyer do that to me?i would not trust him again ,now my husband is wring letters to immigration left and right that our marriage is fraud ?after 5 +years of marriage and a baby, and yet we r still together he doesn't want me to leave. Later my husband withdrew the petition as i expected then Mr Lee told me oh we can file under VAWA because you qualify for it but it was too late, how could i trust him again!

Dear Ms. C, I am sorry you feel that way. However, I told you that to qualify for VAWA, you needed evidence of abuse--you never provided evidence. As for the email to your husband, your husband had access to your email account. I have close to a hundred emails between you, your husband, and me (I keep all communications), and I have not violated anyone's trust. Your husband did withdraw the petition (again) and I explained to both of you on the multiple times I met with both you that I don't want you to go through with this if the two of you keep fighting and threatening each other--your husband with withdrawing the petition and you with taking your child (who was born here) to your home country without U.S. authorization. I told the both of you that I am not a marriage counselor and cannot advise you on your issues. I also told you that I cannot file VAWA for you since I had no evidence of abuse (I requested evidence from you but you never provided me with it). I tried my best to help you adjust status (meeting, speaking, emailing with both you on many occasions without charging you extra. I am disappointed with your review but I understand that you are bitter. Please do not take it out on me as I have done everything in my power to help you (and I have the records to prove it).

TRULY GENUINE HONESTY

During my course of obtaining my USC status, I was lucky enough to come across Mr. Lee's offices on the net and on avvo. After a long time debating how to file my case in view of some legal issues, the Law Offices of David Inpyo Lee was there to help. Having thought my case was a miss and would not b...e approved, Mr. Lee gave me the confidence to proceed, knowing that he will be there every step of the way with me. That alone helped me cope with all the waiting i had to do because of my circumstances due to misdmeanor a long time ago. Anyhow, having been around Attorneys all my life, I can honestly vouch on my life the honesty that you get when you contact their offices. Never have I seen an attorney with such integrity and honesty, and not really just caring for the money. Anyhow, here I am today, a proud USC, and I can thank David Inpyo Lee's offices for being there and giving me the confidence to know that an experienced law firm is behind me. And believe me, I did not leave one day without asking David's office something that was worrying me. Anyhow, day after day I received more and more confidence from David's firm. In the end, without a single doubt in my mind, I would say that this law firm is one you will always remember as a helping friend, rather than attorney. I guarantee you will not regret contacting this law firm, they are tremendously friendly and again the most honest law firm i have ever come across. Best luck to all.

"David Lee is among the most dedicated attorneys in his fields of immigration law and personal injury. Client communications are returned promptly, his work is precise and detailed, he keeps clients fully informed of their options and progress, and he never hesitates to assist with any inquiries. His charisma and genuinely helpful mentality is only surpassed by his superior working knowledge of the law. Given the regular changes adopted by USCIS and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as well as the dynamic process by which applications are submitted and approved, the nuances of immigration law have become increasingly complex, both procedurally and substantively. David Lee expends significant personal time and effort to keep abreast of the lastest developments so that he can provide his clients with the best representation and updated information. It is this type of knowledge, experience, trust, honesty and diligence by which all persons should expect from their lawyer."
