I had a situation where two staff persons left my company and trashed / deleted over 100 critical company files, off my server and back-up cloud storage. Frankly, I was steamed. I wanted to take them to court and have them pay for all of the data that was lost and to have someone try to re-create at ...least some of the data. Patrick advised against it. I very much appreciated his counsel and honesty, regarding the likelihood of me every getting anything out of those knuckleheads. Good man.
