This guy said he was experienced in Unlawful Detainers in CA and would have our tenants out in 30-60 days. After 3 months, he had lost every motion, costs us $1000 in opposing counsel fees and charged us $42k in fees. After we fired him, he continued to charge us for his work to sue us.....with no...
