This man promised us a favorable outcome and told us not to worry about anything. They when it came time for him to assist us, he failed. He changed everything that he told us. At first he said that he would represent us and then said that we would have to hire another attorney. We paid him half ...of the retainer and when there was a break down in communication it was obvious he wasn't going to help, we requested that he return that money. To date, he has not done so. We have filed complaints with the Nevada Attorney General's office, Texas Attorney General's office and the Texas state bar.
