I have represented employers in designing, drafting and maintaining numerous qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. I have represented employers in over 100 investigations of their qualified Plans by the US DOL and in numerous IRS audits of Plans. I have submitted more than 1000 applications for determination of Plan issues and corrections. I am listed in Best Lawyers in America and on the Pacific Tax Exempt Council that liaises with the IRS on Plan issues.

I assist clients to plan and establish a variety of entities, depending on the nature and purposes of their businesses or investments. I also assist clients to sell or purchase entities and properties and interests in entities and properties.

I have drafted numerous trust and other estate planning provisions, many of which are complicated and unique to accomplish the clients' family and tax planning goals. I have represented numerous fiduciary clients in IRS audits of estates and trusts and disputes with and among beneficiaries.
