Kerry J. Eaton

Kerry has helped many businesses retain and secure their intellectual property, has overseen successful acquisition, sales and mergers of businesses and worked closely with businesses to ensure successful business practices.

Kerry also works with non-profit businesses to obtain non-profit status, implement necessary corporate governance rules and obtain tax-exempt status with the IRS.

Before joining the firm, Kerry worked as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP. Her practice with Arthur Andersen LLP focused on audit and attest services with a large variety of companies. Kerry’s experience provides unique insight to her practice.

When she is not assisting clients with their legal needs, Kerry volunteers her time to local non-profits, as well as volunteers as a coach with a local high school track team.

Kerry graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She attended the College of William & Mary School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor.
