Biography
I am a very long established and seasoned bank counsel with over thirty-six years experience in all facets of banking, sophisticated payment systems, bank mergers and acquisitions and financial services regulation in the Southwest United States, the EU and worldwide. I hold European Law Society admissions. I have returned to private practice after many years as the senior in-house counsel at many of the region's highest performing banks. I am also very involved in national and state legislation impacting financial services. I welcome discussing your toughest issues and especially new bank, bank payments and bank M&A projects of all sizes.
