Biography
I am a criminal justice and immigration attorney primarily focusing on family visa petitions, applications for lawful permanent residence (Green Cards), removal defense, asylum/withholding of removal, Deferred Action for Early Childhood Arrivals (DACA), naturalization and fiance (K-1) visa petitions. We represent clients from all over the United States and across the globe. In addition, I represent clients in municipal, justice, and the District Courts within the State of Nevada. We present clients in Reno, Carson City, South Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas as well as other counties within Northern and Southern Nevada. Our firm has two attorneys and our staff is fluent in English and Spanish but we also have the ability to converse in many other languages using new technology. In my free time, I enjoy being outside with friends, family and my dogs. Skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking and kayaking near Lake Tahoe and the Sierra are my primary focus outside of work. I'm also focused on history, politics and current events and keep up to date on the many changes in law and policy within the fields of immigration and criminal justice.
