Robert Howard Broili

A Reno, Nevada, native, I sought a new career at age 43 when I enrolled in the first law school in Nevada, Old College/Nevada School of Law founded by Father Leary.

After 18 years in business the Law School curriculim was facinating and enlightening.  All those years of wondering what lawyers and the Courts were doing became increasely clear.

When I attended law school I anticipated I would practice in the fields of wills and trusts.  However, the consumer bankruptcy business payed the rent for a number of years before I could narrow my practice to wills, trusts and probate matters.

The newer legislation in Nevada enablying forming Limited Liability Companies and preparing Self-funded Spendtrift Trusts, have also appealed to me and helped me to diversify.

I prefer to operate a small, boutique type practice where the emphasis is on client service and courtesy.
