Competent and caring

I was forced to bring suit against a former business partner who refused to settle accounts on dissolution of the partnership. It took almost two years, start to finish, to force a court supervised public auction. Del Hardy tried very hard to force a settlement, but my former partner would not negoti...ate. Though I didn't want settlement through auction, I did want distribution of assets and that is what I finally got, through Del's work. I recommend Del, to any and all, with no reservations.

When needed call out the Big guns

I've known Del for quite some time now and I must say he's smart,takes care of business, and is good in a pinch.
