John A Collier

John is a licensed attorney in the state of Nevada. He devotes his practice to commercial and general litigation, including contract, real estate, and construction litigation. He has extensive experience in real estate development and business transactions. Additionally, John represents both landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial, retail leases, and investors and developers in the structuring of limited liability companies and corporations. Due to his extensive and diverse experience in litigation, John is the chief litigator and litigation strategist for the firm’s litigation matters.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico in 1989, and his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge of Law in 1992. He gained valuable insight into the inner workings of the courtroom while serving as Law Clerk for the Honorable Mario Recanzone in the Third Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada.

John is a founding member of Kalicki Collier, PLLC. For nearly twenty years prior to the formation of Kalicki Collier, PLLC, John was a partner with the law firm of Hoffman, Test & Collier in Reno, Nevada.
