I cannot recommend this firm based on my recent experience with an administrative due process hearing. Advocating for a child’s educational needs is challenging enough, but I felt the proceedings handled by the owner Ms. Platt, lacked the objectivity and equity required for a fair process. From my pe...rspective, my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. The case is now closed, but my experience as a parent dealing with their administrative practices was highly negative.
