Theodore Zook Sutton

Theodore Sutton, known as Ted, is a licensed attorney following in the footsteps of his father, Garrett Sutton. A native of Reno, NV, Ted's journey towards the legal profession was shaped by his background in Mining Engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah, where his passion for the law began to overshadow his engineering interests. A pivotal experience during one of his summers, spent working at a Chilean mine, prompted Ted to shift his focus towards legal matters.

After completing his undergraduate studies in 2018, Ted took a bold step and decided to pursue a legal education. During the year leading up to law school, he gained valuable insights by interning and shadowing various attorneys across different fields, including his father. It was during this time that Ted discovered his affinity for what his father excels at: assisting a diverse clientele in establishing businesses and safeguarding their assets, all without the need for courtroom battles—a true win-win situation.

In the fall of 2019, Ted commenced his legal education at the University of Wyoming College of Law. During his third year, he assumed the role of Student Director of the Business Entrepreneurship Practicum, where he provided invaluable assistance to clients in the formation and maintenance of LLCs. Ted successfully graduated in May 2022 and is now licensed to practice law in both Wyoming and Nevada.

Outside the legal sphere, Ted is an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, including hiking, running, skiing, and traveling. His commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in his participation in multiple seminars with Robert Kiyosaki and the Rich Dad team, spanning various locations around the world. Ted also treasures quality time spent with his family, including his mentor and father, Garrett Sutton, as well as his two loyal canine companions, Dani and Ruby.
