Smart guy and good at translating legal language

Mr. Drakulich recently reviewed a contract I wanted to sign. He pointed out some liabilities that were not obvious to me (a layperson) and then very clearly explained them point-by-point in language I could understand. He then suggested how to fix them. I really appreciated his patience and willingne...ss to help me understand. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

His calm council gave me confidence and peace-of-mind

Bob Drakulich was a godsend when I ran into legal questions regarding a contract. I am an independent artist and was approached by a major magazine that wanted to publish some of my images. I had no experience working with a large corporation and when contract and copyright issues arose I turned to B...ob for help. I was lucky to know Bob. He and I met in college long before he became a lawyer. I’ve known him for years, and he has always been a man of integrity and dedication. When I brought my contract problem to Bob he was patient and professional. Bob spent the time to carefully explain the dense legalese of the contract in terms I could easily grasp. He helped me to understand its language and the implications. Bob was able to show me clearly how the contract kept me at a distinct disadvantage and he laid out several options for me to decide how to proceed. Ultimately Bob helped me re-draft the contract. After speaking with me to be sure he understood my work, and my concerns bob drafted a new contract that put the Magazine and I on equal footing. Thanks to Bob I was able to return to the negotiating table with a new contract, and newfound confidence. Bob was at my side every step of the negotiation, and knowing I could call on his experience and expertise gave me peace of mind during the entire process. Finally I was able to come to amicable terms with the Magazine, getting exactly what I wanted for my work, and it was entirely thanks to Bob Drakulich. Without his help I would never have resolved my contract problems. Because of Bob they were resolved quickly and painlessly leaving me with the time and peace of mind to continue my work. I give Bob Drakulich my highest recommendation.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Bob is one of the most noble and sophisticated lawyers I have met in my practice. He and I worked on a series of depositions, including a chief medical officer of a major corporate entity. Bob was a vital member of the team and unafraid of working long hours to get the job done."
