Before I hired Mr. Wolfe I was told by other attorneys that I would have to serve a mandatory 30 days in jail or 60 days of house arrest and that nothing could be done about it because it was mandated by law. I was not satisfied with their answers and continued to contact various attorneys. Ultima...tely, I spoke with Mr. Wolfe and after only 10 minutes he informed me of the police officer’s mistake and told me it was a bad arrest. He knew this based on his former experience as a police officer. I immediately hired him and he did exactly as he said he would and ultimately convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the charges against me. If not for Mr. Wolfe’s knowledge and experience I would have listened to some of the other attorneys and served 30 days in jail.
