Paul D. Bancroft

Mr. Bancroft focuses on state and local taxation, including property tax, sales and use tax, net proceeds of mines tax and real property transfer tax. Mr. bancroft authors the chapters on Nevada law in the Sales and Use Tax Deskbook and the Property Tax Deskbook published by the American Bar Association. Mr. Bancroft has been designated by the American Property Tax counsel as the professional representative for the state of Nevada.
