Mark Andrew Beguelin

I would not hesitate to refer my closest family and friends to Mark Beguelin. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and has years of invaluable experience practicing within our system. This alone would be enough to hire him with his extensive resume but in a massive field of professionals to ...choose from with so many out to pad bills and line pockets this is not what you will receive with Mr. Beguelin. He is very honest, fair and ethical with a measured approach which is just what is needed in these highly emotional unfortunate life situations. I was very lucky he had my back in a needlessly long difficult divorce.

One year ago I found myself to be in a position that everyone dreads. I was a first time parent and just in the beginning stages of a seperation from my child's father. I was scared and needed help. I was referred to Mark from a friend and from the very beginning Mark was straight forward and honest.... He let me know that this wasn't going to be easy, it may be long, but he would fight as hard as he could to get what is rightfully mine and to most importantly protect my son. Just speaking with him that first meeting, he just seemed trustworthy. After consulting with my family we hired him and he didn't waist anytime on getting started. With in minutes of me stepping out of his office he had paperwork ready for me to sign to get the ball rolling to serve the other party. Throughout this whole entire process Mark was very quick at responding back to any of my questions, concerns and was very good at easing any of my fears. When it came time for the court hearings, Mark knew my case from top to bottom. He took his time and made my opening letters to the Judge very personal and touching. In the court room he is a relentless bulldog! He wiped the floor with my ex's attorney and In that moment I couldn't have been happier with my decision. I was so nervous because I had heard my ex bought some "hotshot" lawyer, but Mark set my worries at bay. That lawyer was stumbling over his words, didn't even know his case entirely and a few times, I looked over and seen my ex's mouth drop and looks of shear terror. Priceless. In any event the whole process took one year, it was pricey, but well worth it. My son's father had a substance abuse problem and refused to help us after he left for someone else, while I was six months pregnant. So, my main concern during this whole thing was the protection of my son while under his care. In the end, my ex gets to see my son every other weekend for 4 hrs and when my ex would like his visits expanded to overnight weekends, he has to prove 6 months worth of clean hair tests first. I can then random him at anytime I am suspicious. He must pay monthly child support and half the daycare expenses too. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Mark is secretly my knight in shining armor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, he is money well spent! Thank you Hardy Law group! Tracy you are always so kind and sweet!
