Biography
David practices primarily in the areas of corporate law and business transactions. David enjoys working with budding entrepreneurs, small business owners, and non-profit executives. Through Fennemore Craig's new Venture Accelerator Program, David assists entrepreneurs from formation to the day you get to sell your business.
David earned his law degree from Gonzaga University, where he also earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. While in law school David worked at SIRTI (now InnovateWashington), a technology based business accelerator/incubator, which mentors start-up companies and assists in accessing capital from Angel Investors or Venture Capital companies. David received his B.B.A. in Business Economics from the University of San Diego.
David was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He attended Reno High School and recently married his high school sweetheart. In his free time, David loves to fly fish and spend time with his "Little Brother" from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada.
