Daniel R. Giudici

Founding attorney Daniel Guidici brings to his firm a unique perspective drawn from his work in both the public and private sectors. He worked for many years in Washington D.C. but decided to leave politics to pursue a career involving Nevada’s burgeoning cannabis industry. Daniel earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his advanced taxation LLM from the University of San Diego before returning home to Nevada, where he grew up, attended high school, and earned his undergraduate degree. Daniel is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and businessowners break into the new sector, taking their ideas from dirt to dollars. He is intimately familiar with the state regulations and is knowledgeable on how to effectively manage cannabis operations. Daniel can also assist clients in areas of startups, administrative law, and estate planning.
