Santos is a licensed attorney in good standing in Nevada, Utah, the United States Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court (9th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals), and the United States District Courts for Nevada and Utah. An active member of the Nevada Justice Association, he has testified in the Nevada Legislature regarding worker's compensation law and been published in legal literature regarding workplace injuries. He also is a member of the Federalist Society and the American Association for Justice.
Atty. Santos has handled small to large injury cases against the largest insurance companies ranging from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases to complex industrial work accident injuries under Nevada law, NRS 616C (including but not limited to cervical spinal injuries, thoracic spinal injuries, lumbar spinal injuries, head and traumatic brain injuries (TBI) (Concussion), knee, hip, elbow and shoulder injuries; NRS 617 diseases such as Regional Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), otherwise known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, repetitive motion disease, lung disease and heart disease claims.) He also represents people injured due to adverse affects from vaccinations. He successfully represented a client injured in the nationally covered Mizpah Hotel fire in Reno, Nevada. His legal career is highlighted by the significant precedent setting case: Flamingo Hilton v. Gilbert,122 Nev. 1279, 148 P.3rd. 738 (2006).
