Most state have advocates at the court to help you with your filing. Based upon my knowledge of Nevada law, you would have enough.

Yes they can. Usually they wont because in the old days you could probably catch up payments.

The trust can authorize independent action.
My father was a beneficiary of a irrevocable trust, I am his only next of kin but name his name is not on birth certificate.
