Greetings everyone. Gosh where do I start? I was charged with violation of a protection order,the courts thought it would be funny and since I have no money to properly defend my self they gave me Matt stermitz... I have had court appointed attorneys before,that being said when I met Matt I was not ...prepared,,,somebody should have warned me about this clown..Matt claims in his job title public defender that he is helping the public. The nerve of this guy are you kidding me? I do not see how this Bozo sleeps at night ,I'm sure it's with the lights on.if I went as far to say he is worthless meaning without worth period,that would be a gross understatement..is he short? Is he funny looking? Or is it simply he was never properly socialized on the playground? I would say all the above.if anyone finds themselves in trouble and is appointed this loser then I pray God help you..there is no worse situation than being in the court of law and having Matt stermitz sitting next to you...let me explain what a nightmare. First of all this so called public pretender has no interest in my innocence,this joker is interested in 1 thing and 1 thing only and that 1 thing is getting me to take a plea deal He never once asked me about my innocence and never talked about helping me he actually refused to defend me period ,getting my discovery was like pulling teeth borderline impossible.i think that Matt's dad or uncle some how bought him his credentials, but if that's true why didn't they buy him some morals ?Enough about what Matt stermitz is,,,Let me tell you what Matt isn't. Matt stermitz isn't reliable Matt stermitz isn't your friend.matt stermitz isn't someone that you would want representing you or protecting your rights.
