Lawyer won't answer ANY calls; Will not RETURN countless calls & messages. One time EVER, she called me back— & had the nerve to use that call to simply tell me she kept trying to get ahold of me, but I didn't have voicemail on my cell phone— an absurd lie to say to a client, as my voicemail works fi...ne and is never full. She didn't even bring up my case and upcoming court appearance ONCE on that phone call. This woman seemed incompetent from our first meeting, and has proved that she is worse than that- She is utterly inept and should not be allowed to practice law, in NV or anywhere, at this rate. It's beyond me how she even passed the bar! She is obviously in over her head, as a public defender for multiple underserved, overworked counties. She does SO LITTLE work as my lawyer! I don't even know if she really exists or is a figment of my imagination. The only interaction we've shared is one in-person meeting before my arraignment, & the aforementioned returned phone call. Her assistant takes my calls daily and says she'll pass on each message, but nothing has changed. I wish I'd fired her on that first meeting, because I should've gone with my initial impression. This woman needs to be reigned in and replaced, before she ruins more lives, because I know my case is not the only one being harmfully neglected. DO NOT hire this attorney- If she's a real person that really does exist, that is. She has dragged out my case for over a year, on a Misdemeanor! By being totally unreachable and 100% absent and unavailable, she's ruined not only my life, but it's affected the life of my entire family. So shameful; such a disgrace.
