Our client was the driver who struck and killed a motorcyclist on the roadway. He was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. We presented a very thorough packet to the grand jury and they ... no-billed his case against him. My client is no longer facing a long prison sentence, but has his life back. It was a tragic accident, but not one those rose to criminal conduct according to the grand jury.
