Robert L. Rosenthal

Mr. Rosenthal serves as partner in charge of Howard & Howard's labor and employment group in Las Vegas, and represents only companies and management. Mr. Rosenthal's practice emphasizes providing counseling, risk management and litigation-related advice to businesses and individuals on a variety of matters including, shareholder and employment contracts, mergers and acquisitions, collective bargaining, independent contractors, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, wage and hour laws, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Mr. Rosenthal regularly conducts training and seminars on a range of issues, including sexual harassment, discrimination, leave laws, reductions-in-force, wage and hour, and collective bargaining. Further, Mr. Rosenthal provides clients with pre-dispute advice and representation in matters arising from operating agreements, mergers and acquisitions, reductions-in-force, employee handbooks, and wrongful termination claims. Mr. Rosenthal is a member of both the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California. He is licensed to appear in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Nevada and the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
