Renee R Reuther

Renee R. Reuther is a founding partner of Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP. Ms. Reuther represents real estate borrowers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and developers in a broad range of real property transactions. Ms. Reuther’s practice is concentrated in the areas of acquisition and disposition of real property; commercial, residential and mixed-use planned developments; commercial finance including loan workouts, restructurings, foreclosure and other enforcement actions; opinion letter practice; and a broad range of complex real estate matters.

Ms. Reuther was previously a partner in the real estate department of Jones Vargas (formerly Jones, Jones, Close & Brown). Ms. Reuther is a 1990 graduate, cum laude, of Gonzaga University School of Law and a 1987 graduate, cum laude, from Gonzaga University. She is admitted to the Nevada bar and serves on the Real Estate Section Subcommittee on Common Interest Communities of the State Bar of Nevada. Ms. Reuther is also a member of the Community Association Institute and has served on its Legislative Action Committee.

Ms. Reuther currently serves on the Board of Regents for Gonzaga University, and formerly served on the Board of Advisors for Gonzaga University School of Law. She has been past president and long standing member of the board of trustees for New Vista Ranch, a local non-profit organization devoted to providing homes, employment and support for adults with developmental disabilities. Ms. Reuther is a graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2003.
