Martin A. Little

Martin A. Little is a shareholder with the prestigious law firm of Howard and Howard. Marty is an AV-Preeminent rated lawyer that has achieved a distinguished record as a personal injury attorney and commercial litigator, practicing in both state and federal courts in Nevada since 1999.

Recognized by Nevada Business Magazine as one of "Southern Nevada’s Top 150 Attorneys", Marty has built a reputation for aggressive, sophisticated legal representation. Marty prides himself on the level of investigation and preparation he puts into every case, which has translated into many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients in challenging cases.

Marty earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from California State University at Fullerton, graduating magna cum laude. He then attended the University of Louisville School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, third in his class, while clerking full time for an established law firm. In law school, Marty was Editor of his school’s law journal, and has since written and been published in business publications on varying legal topics.

Marty is also active in the Las Vegas community. Since 2004, he has served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Southern Nevada, a non-profit organization committed to youth development, healthy living and social development. Some know him as the Y’s in-house attorney, but Marty’s contributions stretch far beyond those boundaries to activities such as fund raising for the Strong Kids Campaign, the YMCA’s annual giving campaign that supports underprivileged youth. Marty also serves on the board of the Spanish Hills Homeowners Association.

When away from the office, Marty enjoys spending time with his wife, Patricia, and children, Jack, Ryan, John and Iliana.
