Biography
David Carroll is a Partner at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, practicing in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and real estate litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Carroll was a Shareholder at the Las Vegas law firm of Jones Vargas. Prior to joining Jones Vargas, he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael A. Cherry of the Eighth Judicial District.
Mr. Carroll served as a Member of the Commercial Leasing Subcommittee for the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Nevada. He frequently speaks and lectures on landlord tenant legal topics for clients and professional groups. He is the Nevada Chair of the Bowdoin Alumni Schools and Interviewing Committee. He is an Executive Committee member of the Litigation Section of the Nevada State Bar.
Mr. Carroll has been named as Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite Nevada Top Attorney in 2012 and one of the Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2011.
