Christopher R. Miltenberger

Prior to joining Pisanelli Bice in July of 2010, Mr. Miltenberger worked for two other local firms, Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Kummer Kaempfer Bonner Renshaw & Ferrario. He began his career as a law clerk to The Honorable James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 

Mr. Miltenberger represents clients in a variety of business conflicts including contract disputes, fraud and misrepresentation claims, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duties. 

Mr. Miltenberger earned numerous accolades as an undergraduate and law student, and was a Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society inductee and magna cum laude graduate. While earning his law degree at Wake Forest University, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and honored as the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers' Most Outstanding Advocate.
