Biography
Mr. Rushforth has a wife of 46 years, six children, and 24 grandchildren, and he has been practicing law in the field of trust and estates since 1978. His career started in Utah, but he has practiced in Nevada since 1981. For decades, he has been active in the Legislative Committee of the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar, and in that capacity, he has assisted in the drafting of Nevada law relating to trusts and estates.
Mr. Rushforth is an afficionado of computers and all things electronic. He is also a licensed Ham radio operator (K7LTR). He and his wife usually have annual passes to Disneyland.
