Jared B. Kahn

I contacted Jared Kahn after working with him successfully on a prior matter. I asked for help with a collection issue, and he told me it appeared to be a relatively straightforward matter. He asked me to send additional information, which I provided promptly. After sending everything requested, I f...ollowed up multiple times by text and email. I received no response, no update, no invoice, and no explanation as to whether he intended to move forward. I was never told that he could not take the matter or that I should seek other counsel. My concern is not that he declined the case; attorneys have the right to do that. My concern is that, after telling me he would help and requesting documents, communication stopped completely. This caused me to lose valuable time on a matter that required prompt action. Based on my experience, I would not rely on this firm for a time-sensitive legal matter.
