Eric A. Ciarolla

Eric Ciarolla is a Henderson native through and through, but his path to the law was anything but traditional. Before he was an attorney, he was busy playing scout-team baseball across the country, performing in a pop band, and working at the Mirage. His perspective changed when he saw how Henness & Haight helped a coworker recover after a serious motorcycle accident. That experience sparked a desire to help others in the same way. Eric went back to school, earned his criminal justice degree, and then fast-tracked his way through the Boyd School of Law, graduating six months early. After clerking for the firm during his studies, joining as an associate in 2020 felt like coming home. Eric understands that life can throw unexpected challenges your way, and he’s dedicated to using the law to make those times a little easier for his clients. When he isn’t fighting for his clients, you’ll find him on the golf course, playing baseball, or enjoying quality time with his wife and kids. He’s proud to serve the community where he grew up.
