Elisabeth S. Flemming

Elisabeth Flemming is the managing attorney at Elisabeth S. Flemming, Chtd.

Elisabeth Flemming obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting & Taxation in 2007 from Grand Valley State University. She started her law career at William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, in 2008. During law school, Ms. Flemming worked with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, was an extern for the Clark County Public Defender’s office, and interned with Zuffa, LLC d/b/a Ultimate Fighting Championship. She was also named the Western Region of the National Black Law Student Association’s Member of the year, named Outstanding Student Organization Leader at Boyd Law and was also awarded a Dean’s Award in 2011. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012 prior to joining the State Bar of Nevada in 2013.

Ms. Flemming has practiced exclusively in the family law representation her entire legal career. She specializes in divorce, legal separation, child custody, paternity, child support, temporary protection orders and family law related appeals.

Prior to starting her Elisabeth S. Flemming, Chtd., and she most recently was a senior associate at Jones & LoBello.  She also previously practiced with a National Domestic Litigation Law Firm, Cordell & Cordell, P.C, was a family law associate attorney at The Jimmerson Law Firm, P.C. handling complex domestic litigation matters.
