Dallin G. Knecht

Dallin Knecht joined the Henness and Haight team in 2024, bringing a strategic edge to our personal injury practice. Originally from Northern California, Dallin has called Nevada home for over a decade. He first came to the state to study philosophy at the University of Nevada, Reno, before moving to Las Vegas to earn his law degree from UNLV’s Boyd School of Law. During his time as a student, he sharpened his skills on the Moot Court team and gained valuable insight as a judicial intern for Judge Jerry Wiese. What really sets Dallin apart is his background in insurance defense. Before switching sides to fight for individuals, he spent years defending corporations in complex injury and product liability cases in both state and federal courts. This "insider" experience means he knows exactly how insurance companies value cases and the tactics they use during litigation. Now, he uses that knowledge to get the best possible results for his clients. When he isn’t in the office, Dallin is usually golfing, reading, or spending time with his wife, who is a proud Nevada native.
