Brad, a native of Las Vegas, is Mainor Eglet Cottle's only legacy member. Brad’s father, the late W. Randall Mainor founded the Firm more than 30 years ago. After graduating from Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, Brad went on to earn his B.S. in communications from Brigham Young University. Thereafter, Brad earned his law degree from American University Washington College of Law.
Brad is the team leader of Mainor Eglet Cottle’s claims unit and general litigation team.
During his legal studies, Brad had the opportunity to represent indigent tenants in court against wealthy landlords. It was during this time that Brad recognized his passion for representing the vulnerable against the powerful, which ultimately led to his decision to represent injured people against large corporations and insurance companies.
During law school, Brad also worked for Williams and Connolly, one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, whose clients include the former President and the First Lady. Brad gained valuable experience working with some of the nation’s finest litigators on matters that were routinely heard before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Brad is a member of the Nevada Bar, the Clark County Bar, The Nevada Justice Association, the America Association for Justice, and The American Trial Lawyers Association.
Brad has volunteered much of his time towards community and church service, and pro bono legal work for displaced children. He is fluent in the Danish language having served two years of voluntary service in Copenhagen, Denmark. He enjoys time off spent with his family, cycling, golf, mountain biking, football and is an accomplished piano player.
