Most contact with lawyer has to be initiated by client. Attorney’s office will go months without contacting you or giving you updates on account. Once your so called client specialist does get back to you (after several unreturned emails and phone calls; you feel as if you’re bothering them when YOU ...hired THEM), you’re given vague, dismissive information. When asked for more transparency throughout the process, your “specialist” promises an attorney (whom you NEVER hear from except to issue deposition to insurance company) will call you back. A week after that promise, nothing happens. I’ll be leaving yet ANOTHER email following up on this empty promise. I want to fire them, but at this point, I’d have to still pay them for the ”work” they did to date, on top of another attorney.

Have used Glen Lerners services, from 2 accidents that were not my fault. 1st one was with Ben Lund and Lynne Johnston. Can not say enough how much about their professionalism and constant contact. My case was settled for the top amount and received it within 6 months. Unbelievable. The second one... was less serious but the diligence Lynne and Porter used was again, pure professionalism and was again granted the most I could get. Glen and his people were the best law firm I have ever worked with. Got medical help right away, got my car fixed right away and the people working on my case was always accessable and always returned phone calls. I think many people who gave Mr. Lerner's office a bad review did so because they did not understand how insurance companies work. Whether you have an attorney or not, property damage is always a pain and hard to be fully compensated for. Property damage is not the same as personal injury and you wou...ld be hard pressed to find any attorney that can get you back more than your vehicle is worth. its pretty standard for the insurance companies to go off the blue book. I was very happy with my settlement but agree that the process of going through a personal injury is frustrating. I had his associate Scott Guido. Mr. Lerner does have offices in other states and is licensed in other states. My case took about a year to close and I sought treatment for my back for about 3 or 4 months. I was happy with the outcome. I read below someone was mad they had to pay 33.3%. This is the standard fee in NV for attorneys fees. I would refer this office.
