About Dustin
Biography
My litigation practice focuses on wide range of commerical matters with particular emphasis on cases involving contract disputes as well as workplace law. I also handle matters involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants such as non-compete agreements. I represent clients before state and federal courts as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and other government agencies.
I graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in political science and received my juris doctorate from Florida State University graduating cum laude. I am licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
