James W. Kwon

I have on 2 occasions needed the service's of a good business (contracts) attorney and having been referred to James Kwon a few years ago by a trusted friend and associate and being very pleased the first time I hired him I naturally went back to him because "better the devil you know than the devil ...you don't"...lol and Mr Kwon did not do anything to disappoint, so after going 2 for 2 with respect to representing my interest in another deal I felt James is due some good word of mouth advertising. If I need a lawyer again in the future, I wouldn't call anyone else in the Las Vegas Valley and I couldn't give higher praise if I was being paid. For the record, I'm not. Mr. Kwon does the following very well. He returns calls in a very timely manner EVERY time I ever called. He made me feel like an equal and that my opinion's mattered and that my questions were intelligent, whether they were or were not, he never let on...lol it's been my experience in the past that many lawyers try to impress or intimidate and I for one don't appreciate that kind of "attitude" or arrogance. James never exudes that vibe. Confidence for sure, and well he should be. The guy knows his profession, has great people skills, is always well prepared and you can tell he's a straight shooter. Any normal client, lookin to do the right thing and who wants to make sure the right thing is done to or for them, would be wise to employ this attorney. I could go on & on because I think very highly of this guy and I appreciate all that he has done for my development business. If my words sway 1 or 2 people to use the services of this particular attorney, I have done a good deed for a couple of strangers and one very honest and excellent attorney at law.
