Caldwell handles a wide variety of matters, including business/commercial, tort/products/wrongful death, real estate, contract, consumer/lender liability, intellectual property, sports/entertainment and international litigation and arbitration.
Caldwell is Chair of the firm's Sports and Entertainment Law Practice Group. He is the first and only American to graduate from UEFA's Football Law Programme, an elite academy for lawyers in global soccer.
Caldwell regularly advises clients on entity formation, mergers/acquisitions and a wide variety of contracts and agreements, especially in the sports and entertainment sectors.
Caldwell has handled a wide variety of intellectual property litigation matters, often working alongside intellectual property specialists, including the firm's registered patent counsel.
As President of the Litigation Commission of the UIA (International Association of Lawyers), Caldwell has extensive contacts abroad and handles a variety of international litigation and arbitration. He speaks English and German.
