Jennifer L. Micheli

Jennifer Micheli is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in numerous industries on a wide array of legal matters. She practices business law and complex civil litigation with a concentration on torts and products liability, premise liability, catastrophic injury, insurance defense and insurance law. Ms. Micheli is a tenacious litigator known for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible results for her clients.

Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach, Ms. Micheli was a shareholder as a regional Las Vegas based law-firm where she managed issues related to contracts, business entities, sports and entertainment, real estate, product liability and employment law. She also gained a broad range of experience during her career as in-house legal counsel for an international insurance company. As a staff-counsel attorney, Ms. Micheli represented insureds in third party personal injury and wrongful death cases and first party cases involving personal injury and bad faith allegations. Ms. Micheli has served as primary trial counsel and obtained favorable verdicts in jury trials in both State and Federal Courts in Nevada. During the course of her career, Ms. Micheli has also represented professionals in malpractice cases and civil conspiracy RICO actions.

Ms. Micheli received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, in 2005 from Syracuse University in upstate New York. Thereafter, she returned to her hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada where she attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' William S. Boyd School of Law and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate in 2008. During law school, Ms. Micheli served as an extern to the Honorable Judge Joseph T. Bonaventure, Sr. of the Eighth Judicial District Court, the Honorable Judge Nancy C. Oesterle of the Las Vegas Justice Court, and the Clark County Public Defender's Office.
